Products / Cable tray

A cable tray (PVC or galvanized metal) is used in electrical installations.

Cable trays serve as an alternative to open wiring and are used for tasks such as routing, guiding, supporting, and organizing electrical cables and wires along walls, floors, underground paths, and ceilings.

This equipment is widely used for cable routing, protection, aesthetics, and keeping wiring systems organized. It is commonly applied in residential, commercial, and industrial construction. All cables must pass through the cable tray along the entire path, including vertical sections. These trays are usually made of galvanized steel sheets, but they can also be produced from painted steel, stainless steel, or even plastic. The role of cable trays in building wiring systems is highly important.

This type of cable tray, made from galvanized sheet metal, is produced in two distinct forms. The first is cold‑galvanized, in which original galvanized sheets are cut, slotted, bent, and then used as the final product. The second is hot‑dip galvanized, where black or oily steel sheets are cut, slotted, and bent, then immersed in an acid bath for pickling. After that, they undergo the galvanization process to become ready for use.
